Meet Luis

Luis Gante
Founder & Director of Early Childhood Education

Born and raised in San Francisco, Luis brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education — including leadership roles as a preschool director and lead teacher — to every child he works with. He studied Childhood Education and Social Work at Sacramento State and holds certifications in all areas of child safety.

Growing up as one of six siblings, he developed a natural ability to nurture, guide, and connect with children of all ages. From early on, he dreamed of creating a place where children could feel safe, inspired, and supported — a vision now realized through Gante Academy for Little Learners.

Over the past five years in the Bay Area, he has worked with more than 180 children, building a reputation for his calm presence, deep understanding of child development, and ability to connect through trust, creativity, and consistency.

Gante Academy is a collaboration between Luis and Thomas Rambach, our Director of Operations, whose leadership ensures the Academy’s programs run seamlessly so that Luis can focus entirely on delivering exceptional learning experiences for every child.
