Born in San Francisco and holding a BA from the University of San Francisco, he has built his career on ensuring that systems run seamlessly, teams work efficiently, and high standards are not just met, but exceeded.

Before joining Gante Academy, Thomas served in senior IT leadership roles for major companies including Roblox and Fitbit, where he supported thousands of employees across global operations. His experience spans everything from executive-level support and enterprise security to streamlining workflows that keep organizations running smoothly. Known for his strategic problem-solving and commitment to excellence, he specializes in creating efficient, secure, and user-friendly systems that empower educators to focus on what matters most — the children.

As Director of Operations, Thomas oversees the Academy’s day-to-day operational excellence, from managing communication systems to ensuring every detail behind the scenes supports a safe, inspiring, and world-class learning environment. His partnership with Luis Gante combines innovative early childhood education with rock-solid operational support, creating a truly exceptional experience for families.
